Supplemental Educational Services (SES)

The No Child Left Behind Act provides Supplemental Educational Services (SES) to students who qualify for free lunch and who attend a school in need of improvement year two or beyond. These services are offered after-school or on weekends by organizations approved by the New York State Education Department. Parents of eligible students have the opportunity to select an SES provider that best meets the needs of their child.
