Scholastic International Summer Program
Description:
The aim of Scholastic International Summer Program is to enable students to explore new and innovative career options along with professional extra-curricular activities and sports, and through all this, developing great insights of the future options and overall personality development.
The SISP Experience:
SISP offer superb academic, extra curricular and sport opportunities and vibrant residential and social experiences. The three-week sessions are intense and demanding; students are motivated and challenged to think critically about themselves and their world.
SISP offers:
• Course topics and learning experiences unavailable to most middle and high school students.
• Expert instructors, most of whom hold or are working toward a terminal degree.
• A stimulating educational model that promotes higher-level thinking through interactive, inquiry-based learning.
• Engaging social and residential experiences to complement your daily endeavors.
• An intense, accelerated pace in the classroom and fields.
Students attend sessions for about 7 hours each weekday and 3 hours on Saturdays. Because of the level of commitment required of participants in this program, students should play an active role in deciding to attend and choosing the appropriate classes.
