NYC Hold
The performance of American students in mathematics is mediocre at best. Reform efforts over the past two decades have only made matters worse. We are advocates for school mathematics education reforms that support the mathematics interests and abilities of all students. We advocate programs and policies that help all students achieve success in school mathematics courses, that prepare all students for the broadest options in high school math and science courses, and that give them the opportunity to advance into mathematics based college courses and careers.

Inwood House
A leader and innovator in teen pregnancy prevention, Inwood House is dedicated to helping young people become self reliant, healthy adults. We help teens take charge of their lives by: Facilitating the development of the knowledge, skills, and self-esteem needed to set life goals; make responsible decisions, and avoid teenage pregnancy;
providing a continuum of care for pregnant and parenting teens in foster care that builds on their strengths and moves them toward self-sufficiency; being a source of hope, guidance and opportunity.

Little Kids Rock knows that music is a critical component of a first-rate education. iMentor
iMentor's mission is to improve the lives of young people from underserved communities in New York City through innovative, technology-based approaches to youth mentoring and education. iMentor creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships between high school-aged youth (mentees) and caring adult mentors. Every mentor-mentee pair cultivates their relationship using iMentor's pioneering combination of weekly email correspondence and regular in-person meetings. iMentor uses mentoring to bridge the divide between New York City's eclectic communities, creating unique and dynamic relationships that would not have been possible without the program.
