Rachael graduated from Skidmore College with honors in psychology (neuroscience focus) and studio art (communication design and painting focus). Rachael was very active within the Skidmore community and remains engaged with the college as Chair of Young Alumni and Undergraduate Activities on the Skidmore Alumni Board.
While in college, Rachael studied early childhood education and spent time in South Africa teaching 6th grade math in Mamelodi. Rachael worked at Shorey Public Relations in Saratoga Springs New York where she was responsible for the design and production of press kits for various clients. After college, Rachael moved to NYC to join the Growth Strategy and Development team at Teach For America until she left to start LinkEducation in NYC. Director of Marketing & Events
Rachel graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Asian Studies. While attending Pomona, she tutored low-income students in the Upward Bound program. After graduation, Rachel moved to New York City where she worked as the Operations Manager, Citywide Initiatives at Teach For America.
Rachel later worked as an External Relations Associate at Achievement First, a network of high-performing charter schools serving low-income students in Connecticut and Brooklyn. She serves on the board of directors of The Building Fund. Read more about Rachel on her LinkEducation profile >>
