Chocolate, science and nutrition. How can these three topics be compatible in the classroom? NPR's Science Friday broadcast makes science user friendly. In addition to the Friday broadcast, Science Friday works with KidsNet.org to provide interesting lesson plans for all topics in science. For example, compare the flavonals in various chocolate bars with your students and have them determine which one is most nutritious. Additionally, you can listen to Science Friday broadcasts online. So every Friday, add a little extra creativity, analysis, science and technology into your teaching.
